Early-Phase Psychosis: Practice-Based Research to Improve Treatment Outcomes (ESPRITO2)

Principal Investigator:

Delbert Robinson, MD

Overview

Our hub is associated with 12 Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) programs located in Florida, Michigan, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, and South Carolina. All programs employ the NAVIGATE treatment model, serve diverse populations and except for one are community non-academic facilities.

  1. Our group has a long-standing commitment to improving care for individuals with first episode psychosis (FEP), e.g. we developed the NAVIGATE CSC treatment model for the RAISE-ETP study.  The current ESPRITO2 project allows us to improve FEP care within a learning health system (LHS) framework. The ESPRITO2 central team provides sites with core services, including support for data collection and using the resulting information to identify methods to improve care through dashboards and learning collaboratives.
